Privacy

Your account: email, name, and a password we store only as a hash. Your profile, if you fill it in: town, stand name, bio. Your activity: listings, photos, saves, follows, messages with other neighbors, and reports you file.

Basic, aggregate analytics about page visits, with no advertising trackers and no selling of data to anyone, ever.

Public: your listings and their photos, including anything you write in pickup notes, your stand page, your name or stand name, your town, and when you joined. We never require a street address. Not public: your email and your messages, which only the two people in the conversation can read.

Kamaaina runs on Vercel (hosting and photo storage), Neon (database), and Resend (the emails we send you, like password resets). Each processes data only to run the service. There are no ad networks and no data brokers.

Edit or take down your listings any time. Delete your account from your profile page: it removes your listings, saves, follows, messages, and profile. Cookies here are session cookies that keep you signed in, nothing more.
